As the name itself speaks, whenever
a new Cassette is received all the
details are entered into this screen.
Each and every cassette is assigned
a unique number as Cassette ID. As
our VLMS is adaptable to all languages
any new cassette can be entered in
its own language like Movie Title,
Actor, Actress and Director. The user
can also mention the Rental duration
or time for that particular cassette
and fix the Rental rate. Number of
copies received for the same movie
can also be entered and the location
can also be specified.

In Lending Business it is quite natural
to find some of your Video Cassette,
or CD's may be damaged as it has been
handeled by different persons. Some
times one may find it very hard to
find who was responsible for the damage.
VLMS helps you to track this damage
through 'Find Damage' by entering
the Cassette Code. The system will
tell you who was the last person to
handle that particular CD or VCD and
damage can be claimed accordingly
by the user.

We are all aware that different people
speak differnet languages in different
places. Most of the Video Libraries
have different language collections
to their customers. Whenever a New
language Cassette is received the
same can be given a unique code which
will be refered in different places
in VLMS. A language can have different
fonts. The user can fix his own font
for that particular language and font
size.
