This software is designed in such
a way that your floor can be planned
according to your taste. You can also
choose your own table types and arrange
it same. In a manual process a Manger
of a restaurant cannot see which table
is serviced by which server or note
down the time taken to service a table.
But InnSys on the other hand helps
the Manager to monitor the over all
restaurant just by sitting in his
place and using the computer. As each
table is numbered the Manager can
see the tables which are occupied
and which server is servicing a table
from what time.

All the Food Items available in your
restaurant are categorized and listed
here. A server will find this very
easy and interesting instead of doing
it manually. We have highlighted the
items with an asterisk mark * which
identifies the priority items to be
served. All Food Items and Bar Items
can be easily modified. Quantity of
the food item can be increased or
decreased. Once the item is billed
you can see the items get grayed.
The items, which are not grayed, are
additional orders placed by the customer
after billing. If an item is deleted
from the order after billing, the
item is marked with a red color on
that particular item which does not
appear in the bill when printed.

Once the order is placed, the bill
is prepared automatically. InnSys
enables the customers to make the
payment according to their discretion.
Some customers may wish to pay in
cash, check or by credit card. But
our software helps, the customer to
make the payment via multiple source
due to various reasons. A portion
of the bill can be paid in cash and
a portion can be paid by check and
credit card also.

This process is said to be the Highlight
of InnSys software. There will be
some customers in Groups who would
like to add some items or add all
items in the bill with another bill
or split the same bill among them
for some reasons. As this is considered
as a sensitive issue, one has to handle
it with great care. You can now see
in this screen which items are split
into two bills between two persons.

It is nothing but swiping the card
for the very first time of the day.
This process helps to know that the
employee did attend the office on
that day. Once the card is swiped
the system registers the time automatically.
At the end of the day again the card
is swiped to Clock out. InnSys helps
the employee to check his last shift
timings when clocking and out. Also
can know the tips received at the
end of the day for his record purpose.

At the end of the day one can check
that day total sales, sales through
cash, credit, voucher and complimentary
of an individual person. Tips collected
by the server is also generated. The
whole process is given in detail in
a report format.
